The Milford Aquaculture Seminar is a forum for technology transfer among staff; aquaculture, scientific and academic communities; regulators; and the public. The Seminar is held every January.
The State University of New York Maritime College, in collaboration with the National Academy of Sciences, industry partners, and Federal, State, and local agencies, will host the 10TH Annual Maritime Risk Symposium (MRS 2019). The event will be held on November 13-15, 2019 at New York Maritime College located in the Bronx New York.
MRS 2019 will bring together academics, government, and commercial entities to discuss the threats, challenges, and risks associated with the Marine Transportation System, both internationally, and domestically. With a focus on the articulation of current and future marine transportation challenges and threats, the symposium will outline the implementation and operationalization of a sound marine transportation strategy. The symposium will assess threats, vulnerabilities, and recent advancements in research to inspire ideas for innovative research that will help define the next evolution within marine transportation.
Since the annual ISOPE-92 San Francisco, the annual ISOPE Conferences have been held with the world's largest technical program of its kind with peer-reviewed papers (average 320-510 papers). Since ISOPE-2002 Kyushu, ISOPE-2007 Lisbon, ISOPE-2010 Beijing, and ISOPE-2015 Kona Hawaii continuously broke the attendance record of the previous ISOPE conference: ISOPE has held the technical program of 148-188 opening and technical sessions with 650-950 peer-reviewed papers from 49-54 countries in the Conference Proceedings. Conference papers are indexed to Web of Science, SCOPUS, Engineering Index, Compendex, Chemical Abstracts and more.

The 14th annual Graduate Research Conference, is an event where current Stevens’ Ph.D. and Master's students share their research with the Stevens’ community as a means of communication and collaboration. Research projects will be presented on the exciting work occurring across Stevens’ graduate programs in the form of oral and poster presentations. The Stevens community is strongly encouraged to participate, especially those interested in graduate work and looking to experience an academic, interdisciplinary conference setting.
